Vanilla Almond Overnight Quinoa

A delicious, filling, clean and somewhat sweet balanced breakfast (or any meal!)

A perfect breakfast for a busy morning! Quinoa is a complete protein so it's balanced, clean, delicious and of course WW friendly!!

1 cup cooked Quinoa

1 cup Rolled Oats

2 cups Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

2 tablespoons Almonds

2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract

Toppings of choice (not included in points)

Cook quinoa per package directions. Add all ingredients (minus toppings) into a medium bowl. Mix well and set aside for about 10 minutes.

Add mixture to jar and put into refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!!
