Sausage Breakfast Muffins

EASY to make, filling and perfect little breakfast! Add your favorite fruit!

4 simple ingredients and they come out perfect! Full of protein starts your day off right!

RECIPE:

  • 1 package Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 cup Light Shredded Cheese

  • 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix


  • Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

  • In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the shredded cheese, Bisquick, and the sausage; mix well.

  • Fill the prepared muffin cups about ¾ full with the mixture. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
