Pumpkin Spice Oat Bars
These are FALL in a bar!! So good and you don't even need any eggs!
Perfect breakfast, snack, pre-workout fuel- really any time you need a healthy snack!!

2 1/2 cups Oat Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

3 servings Lily's Pumpkin Spice Chips
1 heaping cup Pumpkin Puree
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup Sukrin Brown Sugar (to order- https://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=4549
1 tablespoon Light Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until fully combined.
Spray a 9x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and add bar mixture to pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!!
