My all tie favorite ON oats recipe the PERFECT fall inspired oats packed with protein!

21g of protein and the BEST flavor!! Th perfect mix of sweetness and spicy for Fall! Yum!

RECIPE:

30g Rolled Oats

1/2 cup low-fat Fairlife milk

2 tbs pumpkin puree

1 tbs pumpkin pie spice

2 tbs sf syrup
