Protein Overnight Oats

The BEST of both worlds- delicious oats AND protein!!!

Adding protein powder makes these overnight oats a well rounded and amazing breakfast!

RECIPE:


1 scoop Livwell Vanilla Protein Powder (to order- https://www.livwellnutrition.com/#a_aid=jennswwjourney

10% OFF code – jennswwjourney10) 2 cups old fashioned oats

2 cups Almond milk

Fresh or frozen fruit of your choice- I used frozen blueberries

1/2 cup plain yogurt- nonfat

4 teaspoons chia seeds

4 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

pinch of cinnamon

4 jars with lids


Optional Toppings:

  • Peanut Butter

  • Berries

  • Bananas

  • Apples

  • Nuts

  • Cocoa Powder

Add protein, honey or syrup, milk and oats to a jar- stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.


Store in fridge a minimum of 3 hours but best is stored overnight. Enjoy!
