Homemade Protein Bars

Sweet and salty and full of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups- YUMMY!!!

Packed with protein and Reese's PB cups!! The perfect Breakfast, snack or even dessert!

  • ¼ cup whole milk

  • 12 No Sugar Resses PB Cups

  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts

  • large pinch of salt


  • Line a 9 x 9 square baking pan with parchment paper. Grease.

  • Combine the sweetener and milk over medium-high heat. Simmer rapidly, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens.

  • Chop Reese's PB Cups in half or quarters.

  • Stir the hemp hearts, half the peanut butter cups, chopped peanuts, and salt into the syrup. Pour into the prepared pan. Press flat with a spatula or wooden spoon.

  • Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Lift the parchment paper out of the pan. Cut the bars using a sharp knife.
