Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

1/2 cup Coconut Water
1 cup Dragonfruit/Coconut (I found this at Costco)
1/2 frozen Banana
1/2 scoop Less Naked Whey Vanilla Protein OR protein of your choice
1/2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Dried Dragon Fruit Pieces
1/2 tablespoon Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 bowl: 5p (all plans) *I do not count blended fruit*
