Cranberry Rice Bars
Homemade and clean eating granola bars! Packed with protein!!
Family & kid friendly! Really filling, satisfying and DELICIOUS!! A great snack or breakfast!

1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Creamy Cashew Butter
1/4 cup Egg White Powder
2 tablespoons Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
1 tablespoons Dried Cranberries (no sugar added)
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil- melted
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread in a single layer, about 1/2" thick on a sheet of parchment paper. Place in fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into bars. Keep refrigerated.
