Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

The delicious flavors of a gooey cinnamon roll but healthy!!

Easy to make & a great meal prep!! Pair with your favorite protein for a great breakfast!

RECIPE:

  • ⅔ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 ⅓ cup almond milk

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • a pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar alternative- I used Sukrin Gold - to order: https://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=4549

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup raisins


  • In a large bowl, mix together the liquids.

  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.

  • Either portion the oats into jars and add lids, or place entire portion in a large container and add a lid. Refrigerate overnight.

  • Can eat hot or cold.
