The delicious flavors of a gooey cinnamon roll but healthy!!

Easy to make & a great meal prep!! Pair with your favorite protein for a great breakfast!

RECIPE:
⅔ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 ⅓ cup almond milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons brown sugar alternative- I used Sukrin Gold - to order: https://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=4549
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup raisins
In a large bowl, mix together the liquids.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
Either portion the oats into jars and add lids, or place entire portion in a large container and add a lid. Refrigerate overnight.
Can eat hot or cold.
