Chocolate Chip Chaffles

The perfect sweet way to start your day!! P.S. You don't taste the cheese!!

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup low-fat, finely shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tablespoons Lily's chocolate chips

  1. Plug in your mini waffle iron to preheat.

  2. Add the egg,flour, sweetener, and vanilla to a small bowl and whisk together with a fork.

  3. Stir in the shredded cheese.

  4. Spoon half of the batter into the waffle iron and dot with half of the chocolate chips. Spread a bit of batter over each chocolate chip.

  5. Close the waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes or until as crisp as you'd like.

  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
