This is such a filling and incredibly delicious Breakfast or snack!! Yum!!

The chia seeds add such a nice touch and lots of fiber to this yogurt parfait! A must make!

RECIPE:
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 packet sweetener of choice (I used Whole Earth)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Spray a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray and add the strawberries. Cook until softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a mason jar, add 1/2 the yogurt, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/2 the sweetener packet and half a tablespoon of chia seeds. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
Make the night before and enjoy in the morning!
