Cheddar Ham Oven Omelet

Easy way to make a protein packed omelet in the oven!! Absolutely amazing!!

Hearty Breakfast that's packed with protein and super cheesy and flavorful! Yum yum!!

16 large eggs

2 cups low-fat milk

2 cups light shredded cheese

1 pkg cubed fully cooked ham

6 green onions, chopped

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, ham and onions. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

  • 2. Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
