Breakfast Wonton Cups
The perfect breakfast- potatoes, sausage, potatoes & cheese!!!
These little nuggets pack a delicious punch!! Pair with fruit or eggs for a balanced Breakfast!

12 Wonton Wrappers
1 cup frozen Hash Browns
1/3 cup diced Onions
1/4 cup diced Green Pepper
1 Chicken Sausage link- 3sp or less
4 slices Bacon
1/3 cup light Shredded Cheese
1/2 teaspoon DAKS Original Red - to order- https://daksspices.com/buy-daks
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cook sausage and bacon in a skillet. in a separate skillet, cook potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and DAKS.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6 hole muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Add 2 wonton wrappers to each muffin cup. Lightly spray the wonton cups.
Add crumbled bacon, 1/2 the cheese, cut up sausage, peppers, onions and potatoes to the wonton cups. top with remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
