RECIPE: 2 Servings!
1/2 cup frozen or fresh Blueberries
1 cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons no sugar added Jam
Toppings: per chia pudding
1 teaspoon Nut Butter- 1sp
1/4 cup fruit of choice- 0sp
Unsweetened Coconut- 1-2sp
Cacao Nibs- 1-2sp
Add wet ingredients to jars- swirl to combine. Add chia seeds and jam. Stir to combine. Add fruit and stir. Add lid and put into fridge- preferably overnight. Add topping & enjoy!!
