Banana Protein Muffins

The ONLY sugar in these delicious muffins is bananas and a little syrup!!

The perfect make ahead meal to help you to stay on track for a successful week! Yum!

  • 3 small-medium bananas (about 1 cup mashed)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 3/4 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use Clean Simple Eats) to order:

  • 1/3 cup natural nut butter of choice (runny kind works best)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin pan with oil or insert muffin liners into 12-cup muffin pan. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas until there are no large chunks left. Then add eggs, honey, and vanilla, and whisk until well combine
