1.5 cup quick or rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup less sugar Craisins
4 small VERY ripe bananas
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. I used a 8x8.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl
Spread batter out on a cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until oatmeal and lightly crisp and browned around the edges.
