5-Minute Oatmeal Power Bowl

Such a whole food, filling and delicious breakfast (or any meal!)

Such a CLEAN, fantastic breakfast!! Very filling and LOW points!! Yum!!

1 ripe Banana (the riper the better!)

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

1/3 cup Rolled Oats

1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

2/3 cup Almond Milk or milk of choice

1/3 cup Water


1 tablespoon Ground Flax

1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 tablespoon (or 1sp worth) Toasted Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1/3 cup Blueberries

*Feel free to add any toppings of your choice*

In a medium bowl mash the banana until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds oats, cinnamon, milk and water and stir until combined. Refridgerate overnight if possible.

Warm oatmeal (if desired), stir and add toppings. Enjoy!
