Whipped Cottage Cheese

High protein, whole food focused and seriously the BEST high protein snack or dessert!

RECIPE:

300 grams cottage cheese1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

1 cup fresh raspberries

2 tbsp chopped pistachios

2 tsp honey


Add the cottage cheese to a blender with a tablespoon of honey and teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth.

Spoon into bowls, then top with fresh raspberries and pistachio. Drizzle with honey to serve.
