Classic Cheeseburger Pie

This spin on a aclassic is REALLY good!! Easy to make and family friendly!!

RECIPE:

  • 1 lb ground beef- lean

  • 1 small chopped onion

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese- light

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup Bisquick or baking mix

  • 2 eggs

  • OR A PREMADE PIE CRUST


  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.

  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, and seasonings. Let cool slightly.

  • Spread beef in greased pie dish. Top with cheese.

  • Whisk milk, baking mix, and eggs. Pour over beef.

  • Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and set. Cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.
