Pumpkin Pudding

So easy to make and the PERFECT Fall sweet treat!! Add you favorite toppings and enjoy!

RECIPE:

1 (1.5 oz. box) Jello instant vanilla pudding mix- sugar free

2 1/2 cups fat free skim milk

3/4 cup canned pumpkin

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice


Optional:

fat free whipped cream


In a large bowl add the instant pudding mix and pour in the milk. Whisk it together for two minutes.

Add the pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin, whisk together.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
