Pumpkin Energy Bites

The BEST pumpkin energy bites!!! Naturally sweet & SUPER healthy!

RECIPE:

2 cups Oats

1/2 cup canned Pumpkin Puree

1/4 cup Nut Butter

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup Syrup or Honey

Generous pinch of salt

4 servings Lily's chips (I used the White Chocolate)


Two ways to make these energy balls: #1 add ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined OR mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.


Roll into balls and place in the freezer until frozen. Either store in the freezer or fridge.
