Protein Pumpkin ON Oats

Protein packed, easy recipe ideal for meal prep! On the go Fall staple!

Recipe:
¾ cup milk of choice (I used Fairlife)
½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder- I used Clean Simple Eats
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup depending on your desired sweetness level- sugar free
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
chopped pecans and/or whipped cream optional for topping
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium glass jar or container. Stir until well combined, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Garnish with chopped pecans and/or a little whipped cream. Serve!
