Protein Pumpkin ON Oats

Protein packed, easy recipe ideal for meal prep! On the go Fall staple!

Recipe:
- ¾ cup milk of choice (I used Fairlife) 
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats 
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree 
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder- I used Clean Simple Eats 
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup depending on your desired sweetness level- sugar free 
- 1 tbsp chia seeds 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
- chopped pecans and/or whipped cream optional for topping 
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium glass jar or container. Stir until well combined, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours. 
- Garnish with chopped pecans and/or a little whipped cream. Serve!
