Protein Breakfast Power Bowl

High protein, fiber filled, healthy fat Breakfast bowl (or even a snack!) Absolutely yummy!

RECIPE:

1½ cup milk of choice

1 cup rolled oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Clean Simple Eats)  https://glnk.io/54jl/jenn Use the code JENN for 10% off!

1 tbsp chia seed

3/4 cup of water

Toppings

¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

¼ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup fresh raspberries

1 tbsp dried cranberries- reduced sugar

2 tbsp walnuts

1 tsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp maple syrup- sugar free


Heat up a saucepan to medium-high. Add milk, oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and water.

Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the oats are fully cooked. Make sure you don’t burn them.

Add in your oatmeal into a bowl and top with yogurt, berries, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. Finally, drizzle with maple syrup.
