Pineapple Chicken

Healthy and absolutely DELICIOUS! Oh..... and did I mention 0 points??!!??

Pair this yummy chicken mixture with rice, veggies potatoes- anything you want!!!

1 pound Chicken Breast

1 can Pineapple Tidbits (no sugar added) or fresh Pineapple


1/4 cup Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce

Juice from can of Pineapple

1/4 cup Tomato Paste

2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

2 teaspoons Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Cut chicken into strips. In a large skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray and add chicken. When about 1/2 way cooked through, add marinade. Let simmer 10-15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Add in pineapple and allow to simmer 5 minutes.

Add to rice, veggies, potatoes or just about anything you'd like and of course, enjoy!
