An EASY healthy version of peach crisp! Vegan and Gluten Free to boot! A must try!!

RECIPE:
1 cup old fashioned oats gluten free if necessary
¼ cup pecans chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons melted light butter or vegan butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup- sugar free if desired
4 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced in 1 inch segments (about 8 peaches)
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a greased 8×8 baking dish
In a bowl whisk together oats, pecans, spices, melted butter and maple syrup until combined
Add sliced peaches to the bottom of the pan. Layer crumble topping evenly on top of peaches
Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, uncover the crisp and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
