A delightful twist on a classic Thanksgiving sandwich!! Absolutely spectacular!!

RECIPE:
Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
4 oz turkey
1 oz brie cheese- sliced
2 tbs cranberry sauce
Spinach
1 tsp light butter
Preheat panini press! Butter one slice of bread and put buttered side down on the press. Add turkey, cheese and spinach. Butter other slice of bread and on non buttered side, add cranberry sauce. Please on top of the sandwich butter side up and press to cook.
