Healthy Brownies

These literally taste like brownies that are at least 8 points each!! Seriously SO good!!

RECIPE:

1/2 cup Flour (I used Organic Whole Wheat Flour)

1/2 cup Monkfruit Sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)

1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

1/2 cup Cacao (or Cocoa) powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

8 tablespoons Butter (I used Melt Plant Based Butter)- melted

2 large Eggs

480 (8 servings) Lily's Chocolate Chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper.


In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.


To the dry ingredients, add the melted butter and eggs and stir to combine. The batter should be on the thick side. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips.


Add batter to lined brownie pan and spread evenly.


Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes.


Cut into 16 brownies and ENJOY!!'




16 Brownies:

5sp (blue & purple)

6sp (green)

121 calories per brownie


If using light butter:

4sp (blue & purple)

5sp (green)
