Copycat Perfect Bars

Just like the store bought version but healthier, less calories and points!

Absolutely amazing- seriously!! Nice clean ingredients! A must make healthy snack!

RECIPE:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder

  • 1/2 cup powdered egg white

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil - Melt your coconut oil for easier mixing.

  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large bowl with a hand mixer, combine all of the ingredients.

  • Once well combined, scrape down the sides of the bowl and make sure it is well mixed. It will get very fluffy and creamy, like a whipped peanut butter.

  • Spread your perfect bar batter into a silicone mini loaf pan, silicone muffin tray, or a large baking dish and press flat with a piece of wax paper.

  • Put in fridge for about an hour or freezer for 30 minutes to set. Cut into 24 bars and enjoy!
