Coconut Protein Balls

HIGH protein, delicious, portable and a GREAT snack any time of the day!! Yum!

Add anything you want to these naturally sweetened protein balls!! Absolutely delish!!

1 cup pitted medjool dates

4 medium strawberries- sliced

1 scoop protein powder of choice

3/4 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in a food processor or blender and pulse until a paste like mixture is formed. Put into the fridge to firm for at least 1 hour. Roll mix into 12 balls and and roll in coconut. Enjoy!
