Chewy Fudgy Brownies!!

These brownies are 10/10!!! Super moist and full of fudge flavor!! Yummy!

Swap out the regular flour for almond flour to make these delicious brownies low carb!

RECIPE:

1/2 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 ounces Lily's chocolate chips

2 large eggs

3 tablespoons light butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees


Add butter and chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Melt while stirring frequently. Add vanilla and mix on medium for 1-3 minutes.


Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combine.


Spray 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add brownie mixture and spread evenly in the bottom.


Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
