Cheesy Double Beef Burrito

The best burrito EVER!! So easy to make, full of flavor and the perfect meal!

RECIPE:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 (1-ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (15-ounce) can nacho cheese sauce
1 (5.6-ounce) package Knorr® Mexican rice
3 cups Colby jack cheese, shredded- light
1 (3.5-ounce) package Santa Fe-style tortilla strips
1/2 cup light sour cream
6 large flour tortillas, burrito size
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion with seasonings until browned. Add garlic and green chilies; cook for another 2 minutes.
Drain excess grease. Return mixture to pan, add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare rice according to package instructions and warm nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan.
Warm tortillas until pliable. Layer each tortilla with beef mixture, nacho cheese, rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla strips.
Roll tightly into burritos and grill on a hot skillet for added crispiness if desired.
