Cheddar Breakfast Biscuits

Perfect way to start the day!! Portable and pair with some eggs and fruit! Yum!!

RECIPE:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup light shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp baking powder
½ cup low-fat milk
2 large eggs
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp melted light butter
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
Add the melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients; stir gently until just mixed.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
