Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 cup Milk of your choice
1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 large Banana- mashed
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, whisk milk, egg, mashed banana, melted coconut oil & vanilla.
Add dry ingredients- oats, oat flour, baking powder & salt. Mix thoroughly and then fold in blueberries.
Spray 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add oat mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
