Baked Caesar Chicken

Creamy, Crispy, Cheesy and the PERFECT hogh protein meal!! Low carb to boot!

RECIPE:

  • 2 lbs chicken breast boneless, skinless, thin

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 6 tbsp creamy Caesar dressing- light

  • 1 cup parmesan shredded

  • 1 cup Caesar-style croutons crushed into crumbs

  • 1 tbsp light butter melted

  • Fresh parsley chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 375F and prepare a casserole dish.

  • Pound the chicken breasts if they’re not thin and place them in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  • Spread creamy Caesar dressing on the chicken breasts and sprinkle with parmesan cheese all over the chicken breasts.

  • In a small bowl, combine crushed croutons with melted butter.

  • Sprinkle the crouton mixture over the cheese and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the chicken fully cooks. If the cheese and croutons are browning up too much, just cover the casserole dish with foil.

    Add parsley and serve.
