Almond Butter Blondie

These are FIRE!!! So moist and full of goodness!! Must make!!

Absolutely delicious, healthy and clean! Try the recipe with chocolate chips, nuts etc. So many possibilities!!!

1/4 cup Butter (I used Melt Plant Based Butter)- softened

3/4 cup Nut Butter

2 Eggs

3/4 cup Brown Sugar Alternative (I used Sukrin Gold- to order:

1 teaspoon Vanilla

3/4 cup Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon Salt

5-8 servings Lily's Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Beat butter and nut butter until smooth. Beat in eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk in flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Mix until combined Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into baking dish.

Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
