5-Ingredient Power Cookies

Absolutely DELICIOUS hearty, clean cookies! YUM!!

I'm loving these cookies! They are the perfect cookie to power you through the day and they are super yummy!!

RECIPE:

1.5 cups Almond Flour (or flour of choice)

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Coconut Oil

1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds- hulled

1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (I used 4 servings- 360 Lily's Chips)

Pinch of Salt


Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until combined and a dough is formed. Scoop cookies onto baking sheet and flatten into cookie shape as they will not flatten when cooking. Goal is either 16 or 20 cookies.


Bake for 15 minutes or until golden borwn and cooked through. Enjoy!!


20 cookies: 4sp (all plans)

16 cookies: 5sp (all plans)
