3/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Groound Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Nut Butter - of choice
2 tablespoons Almond Milj or milk of choice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine topping ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Add almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add the syrup, nut butter, milk and vanilla and mix thoroughly until combined. The dough will be wet and sticky.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto your cookie sheet and flatten with your hand as they will not flatten while baking. Should make around 10 cookies.
Sprinkle each flattened cookie with topping mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!!
