Tuscan Chicken Skillet

Bacon, cream and parmesan----yes please!!! Decadence!!

No need to go out to dinner with this dinner!! Husband approved!!!!

8 oz (1 package) Fiber Gourmet Pasta (to order-

4 slices Center Cut Bacon

1 pound Chicken Breast- sliced thin

2 cloves Garlic-minced

2 large Tomatoes- chopped

3/4 cup Whole Milk

5 ounces Baby Spinach

3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

3 tablespoons fresh Basil- chopped

Salt & Pepper

Cook pasta per package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook bacon. Remove from pan and set aside. Add chicken to the same pan and season with salt & pepper. Let cook until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

Reduce heat to medium and add garlic, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes and bring and allow to simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add the bacon, chicken, noodles and parmesan and stir to combine. Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with basil and serve!
