Tortellini & Mozzarella Salad

OMG where do I begin?? This salad is SO good!! Filling and protein packed!

The perfect summer side dish or meal!! Full of good for you food and protein!!

RECIPE:

18 ounces Cheese Tortellini

8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese- cubed

2 cups Cherry Tomatoes

1 Green Pepper- chopped

1 Red Onion- chopped

3 ounces Turkey Pepperoni

1 small can (2.25 ounces) Sliced Black Olives

1 cup Kraft Lite Zesty Italian Salad Dressing

2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

2 tablespoons chopped Basil


Cook tortellini if needed. Drain, rinse and allow to cool. Chop veggies and cheese. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Refrigerate several hours and serve. Enjoy!
