1 pound 93% ground beef- cooked and drained
6 cups chopped or shredded lettuce
2 roma tomatoes
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 cup light shredded cheese
16 tbs salsa
4 tbs light sour cream
Cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning & water and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, onion and slice avocado.
Assemble salad with lettuce, veggies, top with cheese, avocado, sour cream and salsa.
