The ultimate combination of comfort food & mexican inspired goodness! Easy to make!

RECIPE:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 can refrigerated low-fat crescent roll dough
1 cup light shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: diced onions, jalapeños, or bell peppers for extra flavor
Prepare the Filling
Start by cooking the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Break it apart as it cooks, ensuring even browning. Once cooked through, drain any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and follow the packet instructions to blend it with the beef. For an extra burst of flavor, you can toss in diced onions, jalapeños, or bell peppers at this stage.
Assemble the Taco Bombs
Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Flatten each triangle slightly to make it easier to wrap the filling. Place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center of each triangle, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling, pinching them together to form a sealed ball.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes. Preheating ensures even cooking and gives you that perfectly crispy texture.
Cook the Taco Bombs
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the taco bombs in the basket, leaving a little space between each one for air circulation. Cook for 7–10 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and crispy. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
Serve and Enjoy
Once cooked, carefully remove the taco bombs from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauces like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
