Sheet Pan Philly Cheese Steak

This was so good, you don't even need a bun!!!


The steak was incredibly tender and topped with Provolone cheese was PERFECTION! #cleaneating #WW #myww #weightwatchers

RECIPE:

1 1/2 pounds Flank Steak

Salt & Pepper

1/2 tablespoon Oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce


Filling:

1 cup chopped Mushrooms

1 cup chopped Onion

1 cup chopped Green Pepper

1/2 tablespoon Oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Salt & Pepper to taste

Provolone Cheese (optional)

Hoagie Rolls (optional)


Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place steak in the middle of the sheet pan and add salt & pepper, oil and worcestershire sauce.


Add veggies around the steak in a single and season with oil, worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper.


Bake for 15 minutes and then broil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and add cheese until melted.


6 Servings:

4sp (all plans) - without cheese or hoagie

180 calories per serving
