Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken

All in one bowl to all on one pan! A simple yet hearty & clean recipe!!


If you're looking to up your veggie game- this is the lunch or dinner for you! Did I mention it's DELICIOUS??

RECIPE:

3 Chicken Breasts - diced

1 bag Baby Carrots

1 Zucchini- cut into rounds

1 bag Brussel Sprouts- trimmed

1 bag Mini Peppers- cut in half and seeds removed

1 bag Green Beans- trimmed

2 small Onions- chopped

2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

1 tablespoon Oil

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

4 cloves garlic- minced

2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

Salt & Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 450. Add all of the chopped ingredients including to chicken to a parchment lined sheet pan.


Mix together the balsamic vinegar, oil, mustard and seasonings. Drizzle over sheet pan and mix to coat veggies & chicken.


Bake for 15-20 minutes stirring halfway through until veggies and chicken are cooked. Pair with rice if desired (make sure to add the points!) Enjoy!
