Savory Quinoa Bowl

I am literally OBSESSED with Quinoa bowls both sweet & savory! This bowl was absolutely AH-MAZING!!!!

RECIPE:

1 cup cooked Quinoa

1.5 cups Roasted Veggies with 2 teaspoons Avocado Oil (I roasted Butternut Squash & Asparagus)

1/4 cup full fat yogurt

2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Green Goddess Dressing

Salt & Pepper- to taste


Cook Quinoa in broth (adds tons of flavor!). Roast veggies with 2 teaspoons Avocado/Olive Oil and seasonings of choice. I used Garlic Powder, Trader Joe's Onion Salt and DAKS Green Zest (to order: https://daksspices.com/buy-daks
