Salisbury Steak Meatballs

These meatballs are comfort food at it's finest!!

Tender, perfectly seasoned meatballs in rich brown gravy! Yum!

RECIPE:

1 pound 93% Ground Beef

1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

2 teaspoons Mustard

4-5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon No Sugar Added Ketchup

Salt & Pepper to taste


Gravy:

1 medium Onion diced or 2 tablespoons Minced Onion

1 can sliced Mushrooms

32 ounces Beef Broth

4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon No Sugar Added Ketchup

3 tablespoons Cornstarch

3 tablespoons Water

Salt & Pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, combine all of the meatball ingredients. Roll into golf ball sized balls. Either brown on the stove or in the oven at 400 degrees.


Add gravy ingredients to a medium sauce pan (except cornstarch and water) and stir. Bring to a low boil on the stove top. Combine cornstarch and water in a bowl and add stir. Add to gravy mixture and stir constantly until thickened.


Serve over meatballs. Great with mashed potatoes!
