Roasted Veggies

These roasted veggies are SO good and filling! All the colors of the rainbow!

All the good for you veggies & healthy fats in the perfect side dish!

2 pounds chopped Butternut Squash

1 pound chopped Beets

1 bag frozen Broccoli Florets

1 tablespoon Avocado/Olive Oil

DAKS Green Zest Seasoning (to order-

Code- jennswwjourney for 10% off)

Trader Joe's Onion Salt to taste

Add all veggies to parchment lined sheet pan. Drizzle the oil over the veggies and top with seasoning. Bake in a 425 degree oven- stirring at at least once- until cooked though.
