Ranch Chicken (turkey) Poppers

Ready in 30 minutes with a short list of whole food ingredients!! Super low points and full of protein & veggies!

Pan seared to golden brown and dip in your favorite sauce, top with cheese and eat up!

RECIPE:

1 pound 99% Ground Turkey

4 ounces frozen Spinach- defrosted and dried

1/2 cup shredded Carrots

1 large Egg

1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning (I used the full packet)

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Oil


Combine all the ingredients (only 1 tablespoon of the oil) and form into mini patties. At least 12.


Add to skillet and drizzle with the other 1 tablespoon oil. Pan fry until cooked though. Enjoy!
