Protein Muffins

These are better then I expected!! Protein packed and perfectly sweet- like a muffin!

Pick your favorite add ins to change up the flavors! The PERFECT way to start your day!

RECIPE:

2 cups Kodiak Buttermilk Pancake Mix (or any protein pancake mix)

1 cup low-fat milk (I used Fairlife 2% for added protein)

1 Egg

Water as needed to create batter

10 Lily's chips per muffin

Fresh Raspberries


Add pancake mix to a medium bowl. Add milk, egg and mix to combine.


Scoop into sprayed muffin pan and top with lily's chips and fruit (or any add on's) and press into mix.


Bake at 375 until cooked through and enjoy!
