If you love pizza and eggrolls- this is the recipe for YOU!!
I used spring roll wrappers but eggroll wrappers would be even better!! Serious pizza, crunchy vibes!! Delish!!

RECIPE:
Spring Roll or Egg Roll Wrappers (at least 12)
12+ Light String Cheese Sticks
4-5 slices Turkey Peppersoni per stix
6 ounce can sliced Mushrooms
Pizza Sauce of choice
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Italian Seasoning
Add mushrooms to pizza sauce and combine. Prepare wrapper- Add roughly 2 tablespoons pizza sauce to wrapper and place cheese stick on top of sauce. Add pepperoni and roll.
Spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Fry in air fryer on 400 for about 8 minutes or until crispy. Serve with additional pizza sauce if desired.
