Pizza Pockets

High protein pizza pockets? YES please!! Add your favorite pizza toppings!

Protein two ingredient dough for the WIN!! Skip high fat pizza for these yummy pockets!

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (approximately)

  • 2 cups Fage nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 3 scoops Devotion Buttery Blend protein powder- to order: Use the code- jennclayton

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 3/4 cup light mozzarella cheese

  • toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, fresh basil, anything else)

  • 1/2 Tbsp melted butter (optional)

  • pinch of oregano (optional

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  • Mix Devotion protein , garlic salt and yogurt to form a dough.

  • On a parchment lined baking sheet, use the palm of your hand to flatten dough into a rectangle.

  • Spoon pizza sauce onto half of the crust top with your favorite toppings and cover with cheese.

  • Fold the empty side over the ingredients and seal the edges, pressing them together with the tines of a fork.

  • If you want, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter and add a pinch of oregano. Brush the butter onto each of the cheese pockets.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
